      Service Disptach University   BDR's Service Dispatch University is a hands-on workshop that will give your team the tools to be successful at their job and take their dispatching skills to the next level.        Major Objectives: Develop and refine dispatching and scheduling techniques that improve labor management, enhance customer service, and drive revenue. Improve customer service skills through the development of scripts and phone etiquette skills. Understand and apply reporting that will track your Service Department's daily performance through BDR's 8 for 10 database (included). She helps Dealers learn to appreciate their Service Department as a profit center, not just as a necessary evil. Jennifer started in the HVAC industry at Jacobs Heating & Air Conditioning in 1991. Her experience includes new construction and retro-fit, but her speciality is service. Jennifer ran Jacobs Heating Service Department for six years, consistently achieving high standards in efficiency, profitability, and growth. The Service Department's revenue and net profit had increased by over 50% using fewer Technicians.    What happens after I register?    Once registered, the Event Team will be in contact with you via the email you provided. You will receive a detailed Welcome Packet within 6-8 weeks of class. This will contain airport and hotel information, class agenda, what to do in the area and how to get around. You will be able to remain in contact with the Event Team for any additional questions or concerns before or after the event.     Service Dispatch University is a 3-day class. It is important for you to arrive no later than the evening prior to class. Registration and breakfast begin at 7:00 am!        FAQS   When will I receive my Welcome Packet? Welcome packets will be sent out to all registered attendees 6-8 weeks prior to the event. For cancellations 30 day prior to the event,  there is a $200 per person cancellation and/or transfer fee to move to another session. Note: New sessions may take place in a different location from the session you originally registered for. Cancellations received within 10 days of the class are non-refundable.
