      Monthly Professional Meeting Learn More About AITP Dallas PURPOSE: Comp TIA AITP is a servant leader organization developing leaders 1-4 levels below "C" level. TOPIC: "Speaking with Perspectivity" with Brian Williams Brian grew up in San Antonio, TX where he graduated Top 10 of his class and obtained a city-wide Athletic/Scholar award that sent him and his family on an all-expense paid trip to Disney World. Afterwards he received a full academic scholarship to Texas A&M and received his Computer Science and Business degrees. This allowed him to take leadership positions in several Fortune 50 corporations and start his own Independent Consulting Company working in multiple countries and several states in the US. One of them being California where he was a teaching Pastor, and involved in both a street outreach and prison ministry. His last corporate position involved combining the different technical sales approaches from 4 high-tech buyouts into one with synergy. This required creating an entirely new sales presentation, program and strategy, manage a $10MUSD budget while leading a team of 30 engineers in 4 countries to serve a global customer base. His firm now consults with tech companies helping them to do the same. His friends credit him with being the strongest of them all, as Brian is now living in Dallas, TX with his wife and get this…his 4 teenage kids! Brian will be speaking on: A 3-Step Framework for Effective "Sales Conversations" Learn how to persuade others to buy into your idea, or vision, or to buy your product, service. We're all in sales, whether we realize it or not.   We are either selling a product or service, or our ideas, strategies, or vision with others. Since that's true, we can't afford to ignore the science and psychology of how people buy, or how people buy into your ideas. Brian will share not only what is involved in effective sales conversations, but how to have them, using a 3-Step framework that he'll demonstrate and provide examples and role play scenarios.  This applies to those in sales or any position that requires influence. You'll learn how to structure your conversations to influence and persuade others without fully understanding the science and psychology being used. Just trust the system, trust the process, and you'll realize the results!
